FIT Bookings and Payments

a) Bookings made 61 days or more before departure:
A deposit of US$400 per person is required to confirm the booking.  Final balance is required 60 days prior to departure.  If the payment is not received on time, the space(s) will be automatically released.
b) Bookings made 60 days or less before departure:
A full non-refundable payment is required to confirm the booking.

FIT Cancellation Policies

a) Cancellations made 121 days or more before departure:
Deposit will be refunded minus US$200 service charge p/p.
b) Cancellations made 120 to 61 days before departure:
All Deposits are non-refundable.
c) Cancellations made 60 days or less before departure:
Full payment will be applied as cancellation penalty.

GROUPS (8 PAX OR MORE)
GROUP Bookings and Payments

a) Bookings made 121 days or more before departure:
A deposit of $400 per person is required to confirm the booking.  A second deposit of $500 per person must be received 120 days before departure. Final balance is required 60 days prior to departure.
b) Bookings made 120 days to 61 days before departure:
A deposit of $900 per person is required to confirm the booking.Final balance is required 60 days prior to departure.
c) Bookings made 60 days or less before departure:
A full non-refundable payment is required to confirm the booking.
